the residency took place during ramadan month (april 2022) and naturally evolved into a research on the citrus trees growing in the permaculture farm of senctuary slimane. citrus scent is a re-interpretion of the flavours of gal’s moroccan heritage, with an emphasis to supplement the nutritional lack after fasting.
